This screw press adopts a lightweight and compact design. What's more, its automated mode ensures minimal maintenance and servicing requirements, saving you time and money. With its advanced technology, the Multi-Disc Screw Press offers unparalleled efficiency in separating solids from liquids. Its unique design allows for maximum throughput while minimizing energy consumption, making it an eco-friendly option for your wastewater treatment needs. Whether you're looking to reduce sludge volume or achieve high-quality effluent discharge standards, this innovative filter press can help you achieve your goals with ease.
FEATURES
Plug-and-play unit. Can be used immediately after connection to electricity mains.
Low operating cost. The ring structure design of the equipment reduces the need for washing water and maintenance. Additionally, it requires minimal power consumption ranging from 0.2 to 8Kw.
Continuous automated operations 24/7. The screw press is capable of operating continuously and automatically 24/7, including the polymer dosing and floccuation.
Savings in construction costs. A thickening zone is incorporated in the screw press, obviating the need for any sludge thickening prior to the inlet into the equipment. The filter cylinder and its accessories form a compact structure that enables minimal space requirements.
Final output has reduced moisture content of up to 80%.
Highly compact, portable and easy to install&maintenance.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Municipal waste water
Water treatment plant sludge (Alum sludge)
Industrial effluent
Wastewater from dairy and other food production
Agricultural effluent
Biogas digestate
Pharmaceutical effluent
PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The sludge is carefully fed into a mixing tank, where it undergoes thorough mixing with polymer. It is then directed to a flocculation tank, where gentle mixing and flocculation occur. The treated sludge seamlessly flows into the filter cylinder for pressing. The entire process is efficiently controlled through the control panel, ensuring smooth operations.
