General Introduction
Twin-screw|wear-resistant screw press, an automated sludge dewatering equipment developed based on the typical structure of traditional screw press, is specially designed to address two major issues found in traditional screw press. Unstable moisture content of large diameter screw press and wear of main components.
It boasts a compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, low energy consumption, minimal noise, and low vibration. It is suitable for various industries involved in sludge dewatering processes that deal with low concentration, high viscosity, oil-containing, and high inorganic content sludge.
Working Principle
The non-wearing screw press consists of fixed rings and moving rings that are stacked together, with two screw shafts passing through them to form a filtering chamber. The moving rings, driven by an external driving and guiding device, generates linear motion at its upper end and pendulum-like motion at its lower end, continuously offsetting with the fixed rings to keep the filter gap unblocked. Inside the chamber, the two screw shafts operate synchronously in opposite directions, and the sludge is gradually dewatered under the pushing and squeezing of the screw shafts.
Product Innovation
By ingeniously arranging the spiral shaft, the screw blades are embedded with each other. When screw shafts working, the sludge is flipped, well preventing sludge from agglomeration and solving the problem of excessive cutting in traditional screw press, thus improving the sludge dewatering efficiency. |
Through the update of ring-structure based filter cylinder, the moving ring no longer comes into contact with the screw shaft, reducing the wear of the moving ring and screw blades, prolonging the service life of the ring, and reducing maintenance frequency. |
