Equipped with a mobile carrier, it can conveniently and swiftly appear in various scenes that require sludge dewatering treatment, especially suitable for on-site processing of small to medium-scale sludge.
Compact in size, yet fully functional
It has a complete sludge dewatering treatment capability and is equipped with external pipelines and connectors. On-site operation only requires connecting the sludge inlet, sludge cake outlet, tap water inlet, filtrate return outlet, and the power supply to achieve sludge dewatering treatment.
Suitable for a wide range of sludge concentrations
When the SS of untreated sludge is between 3000-50000mg/L, after undergoing treatment using a mobile solid-liquid separation system, the moisture content of the sludge cake at the water treatment plant can be consistently maintained below 65%.
Initial investment is low.
It can meet the sludge dewatering treatment for multiple sludge processing sites. Each sludge processing site only needs to be equipped with a corresponding sludge storage tank to meet the requirements for sludge dewatering treatment.

During June and September 2016, a mobile solid-liquid separation system was employed for emergency sludge treatment, with a peak daily processing capacity of up to 64 tons. This effectively resolved the sludge disposal issues during the commissioning and operation phase of Futian Water treatment plant.
